Information you provide directly. When you request a quote, contact us, or otherwise fill out a form on our Site, we may collect:

- Phone number
- Property/service address
- Details about your roofing project or service request
- Any other information you choose to include in a message to us
Information collected automatically. When you visit our Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site, including:

- Pages viewed, time on page, and referring/exit pages

Phone call information. We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies, including the following third-party tools:
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Site (pages viewed, time on site, traffic sources, etc.). Google Ads. We advertise our services using Google Ads, including remarketing/retargeting, which may show our ads to you on other websites and apps after you visit our Site. This means data about your interactions with our Site (such as form submissions or calls) may be shared with Google in a form that helps Google and us understand which ads led to a lead or conversion. WhatConverts. We use WhatConverts, a call- and lead-tracking service, to track which phone calls, form submissions, and chats result from our marketing efforts (including Google Ads). WhatConverts assigns tracking phone numbers and collects data such as call recordings, call duration, caller phone number, form submission details, and the marketing source that generated the lead. WhatConverts shares this conversion data with Google Ads so we can measure which ads and keywords are generating calls and leads. For more information, see WhatConverts' Privacy Policy.
Facebook/Meta. If you interact with our ads or content on Facebook or Instagram, Meta may share information about that interaction with us, and we may share information about your visits to our Site with Meta, for advertising and conversion-tracking purposes (for example, through tools such as the Meta Pixel or Conversions API). Managing cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how our Site functions.
We share personal information with:

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
